On larger orders, the shipping calculator and the total may be incorrect and could be too high... if this tends to be the case, I will gladly refund you if you overpay the shipping. This sometimes does occur with LARGE perler bead orders as they are calculated based on weight. I do ship in USPS flat rate boxes when possible to save the buyer even more money.

Orders are brought to the post office everyday of the week. When something is purchased and paid for, it is almost immediately packaged or at least sometime that day depending on whether the Post Office is open at that time. USPS with tracking is used for US purchases.

Everything is shipped out as First Class Mail or as Priority Mail depending upon the weight and size of items ordered. I package and mail out items daily/almost immediately, so items should be received within 2-5 days depending on the shipping that was chosen.

The only Shipping Upgrade I could offer is for Priority 2 day, that being said, I don't currently offer it since I already ship out immediately and send it as First Class (2-5 day) or Priority (2-3 day) depending on the amount purchased.

I am sorry, but I don't. The reason for this is that I package and ship the items purchased that day and often immediately once I am notified of the purchase. Therefore by the time a customer contacts me, it is most likely shipped out to them already...so to save headaches for both the buyer and the seller; Please try not to ask for a cancellation after purchasing because most likely it will not be able to be honored.

I do offer Combined Shipping- I try to keep it as low/reasonable as possible. Whether the items are being shipped to the USA or internationally, if after I package the item and see that the shipping was more than I estimated, I will refund the customer the overage they paid. I try to be precise as possible before hand.

I am not responsible for returns sent back to me due to an incorrect address. They can be reshipped to a correct address but the customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping again..so PLEASE make sure your address is correct.

I package ever item so they should arrive safely to the buyer. If for some reason, you receive something that is damaged in any way what so ever, PLEASE take a photo of the damaged item/pieces and contact me so I can try to make things right (before leaving negative feedback.) Also, PLEASE contact me within 5 days of receiving you order.

Unwanted items can be returned but first,...
-You must contact the seller for approval.
-Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost & must ship items back with 7 days after arrival.
-Item must first arrive back to the seller in salable condition.
-Original shipping cost that the seller had to pay is not refunded-even when an item was listed FREE SHIPPING.
